Review content:
This business picked up many items from my mother's condo after she passed. I had to pursue them by phone over and over again before I received a very paltry check that only represented a few of the items. The most expensive ones they told me that were not sellable and were donated to charity, even though I had called about them many times, so that I could pick them up before they told me that. One was a fabulous table that I had offers on when we put it in craigslist, but did not sell because we wanted to make it worth Wilton's while to pick up the other stuff. And they were very unfriendly when I called to inquire.
Pros: picked up items promptly
Cons: sloppy packaging
