I recently went to this location for a Customer Service job interview. While waiting for my interview, I decided to take a look at some products they had for sale on the shelves. My family and I own several Kirby vacuum & carpert cleaners and find great deals online. However, I was willing to buy here because it was available at that moment. While I was reading about the different products, a lady walked out the back and told me not to touch anything. I explained to her that I was there for the interview and I also owned Kirby products and was interested in purchasing something while I was there. She told me again not to touch the products for sale and if I had any questions to talk to a sales person. I later found out she was the owner!!! The owner has HORRIBLE customer service. Don't do business at this location. You can find Kirby products from another dealer that actually cares about you as a customer.
