Hello I recently had a Kirby person out to my home and he asked that I fill out a list of names of whom I think may be interested in a Kirby. I put the names on a list. The next couple of days I find out that they started to call them. They even went as far as giving the people my phone number, and I felt if I gave them the names and if they were friends or family, that there was no need to give my number, if they knew me well they would already have my number.The number they gave out was my husband work number. Totally UN-professional, also they told a family member a bunch of lies that created disagreements in the family. This made my life a shamble. I will never deal with this company again. I recently went to this location for a Customer Service job interview. While waiting for my interview, I decided to take a look at some products they had for sale on the shelves. My family and I own several Kirby vacuum & carpert cleaners and find great deals online. However, I was willing to buy here because it was available at that moment. While I was reading about the different products, a lady walked out the back and told me not to touch anything. I explained to her that I was there for the interview and I also owned Kirby products and was interested in purchasing something while I was there. She told me again not to touch the products for sale and if I had any questions to talk to a sales person. I later found out she was the owner!!! The owner has HORRIBLE customer service.
