Review content:
I moved to Bastrop from Austin 2yrs ago. It was 2:00 in the afternoon on Dec 31st, I know it's a bad day, but my son had pink eye, and I had just got home from work... called the doc office there was no answer, no message saying they were out for the holidays, and just had options to leave a message with the nurse or make an appointment. I left messages, tried the appointment line...just to find out they were out and have no after hours nurse and no way to contact the doctor. I ended up having to take my son to the hospital, for pink eye, which to me is a bit ridiculous, I knew it was pink eye because another kid had it at his daycare the day before and was sent home....They are a family doctor so should def have someone after hours wether a nurse or whatever answering phones, or at least a message saying were out of the office, stope wasting your time calling... I spent 4x's the money taking my son to the hospital, and called ARC and they were open plus had an office opened on the first. The wait never has been bad for me at this office in the past.... just the front desk ppl never seem like they have enough help, and always seemed rushed, and have to answer the phone the whole time they check you in or whatever other interactions you have with them....totally not there fault but def annoying!!
Pros: not too many just a doc's office!!
Cons: No after hours, or messages saying there closed for holidays
