When asking questions about the doctor's recommended drug therapy my wife was yelled at and ridiculed for questioning the doctor's plan. Later in our relationship with this doctor, my son got sick and we had to cancel an appointment. I called the day before the appointment and spoke to their answering service. I was assured they would notify the doctor of our call and there was no issue. Later I received a bill for $150 for a ""no show"". Now they refuse to remove the charge from my account. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor.
