Review content:
Absolutely the worst experience. First, there were no help around to answer questions about product line they carry, then I ended up buying a second choice of CDRW that didn't work. I stood in line for 45 minutes and there was only one other person in front of me waiting and four CS on the monitors at the counter. The other person in line tells me it's always like this. Couple of days later I called them to see if they have my first choice of CDRW. Four time their system cut me off. When I finally got through they ask to leave a message since that dept is too busy. Oh, and the main (only) number listed is the switchboard and the operator doesn't have access to the system. Looks like Fry's is still in 19th century.
Cons: no customer service, disorganized, too slow
