Pay the extra $$ and get your fuel from a reputable company that stands by their product! I had a problem with the oil they delivered and called to complain and NO ONE from the company EXCEPT the receptionist returned my call. I have been trying to call HOLLY all week and she has yet to return my phone call and is dismissing my claim. She is a horrible manager and truely needs to be replaced as her customer service skills ...well......what skills...... HOLLY has none! She hides behind the office girls and has them do her dirty work! Obviously she cannot handle confrontation!! She really needs to be let go and get someone better suited for a managerial position. Try to find the ower of this company or HOLLY'S boss is impossible. If anyone finds them please post a contact number here!!! Really people the oil they are delivering is filled with gunk that is going to mess up your heating systems. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ OR RUIN YOUR HEATING SYSTEM. ALSO...PLZ REPLACE HOLLY!
