On 1/10/2011 I called to order propane. They told me they would deliver next Saturday. They never showed. They then rescheduled. When they arrived they told me they couldn't fill my tank like I ordered but could only give me 400 gal. The promised me they would return next Thursday to top it off. They never showed up. I called them to follow-up and see what happened. I called twice and left messages, no return phone calls, I emailed them and no on responded. I spoke with Wendy who was very nice. She told me she would have ""AJ"" aka Anthony call me back. He never called. I called a few more times to follow-up and no one ever called me back. Three days later I called again to follow-up. They said AJ is due in any minute. She went to see if there was a ticket on AJ's desk. Then he came on the line. He promised me he would get me a deliver on Saturday for sure. He told me they might be able to ""squeeze"" me in tomorrow however if not then defiantly on Saturday. Guess what........they never showed up. I called again today and spoke with Wendy. I told her that I was disappointed that they have now missed 6 appointments and how many times I had to call to follow-up because no one called me back. I asked who the owner of the company was and she told me Ralph Tammaso however he doesn't have a voicemail or any way to get in contact with him. She told me the supervisor was Holly. I again expressed my disappointment with the lack of service. This afternoon Holly called me back. She started out very nice but told me they have a number of customers who rent their tank from Greenworks so since I was not a rental customer I didn't have priority. I tried to explain to her that I felt I was being very reasonable and had waited over a month. She because very irate and nasty towards me. I was shocked to be treated so poorly especially since I had been so patient with their company. She refused to tell me her name however I later discovered that it was Holly Szare.
