Review content:
New to the area and have been taking my pets there, my neighbor had a bad experience. I was blown away by a recent bill and floored by the charges, when asked the receptionist was a real pill (in a bad way). I was lied to, misled, and never received a call back from the office manager as requested, going on 72 hours now. The doctor maybe talented but the fees here are terrible and the service is lousy, no way I am entrusting my pets to these people if they treat me this way and I can speak up for myself.
