Where should I begin? OMG! First off the location is terrible! I drove past it a few times before actually finding it. So, finally I get there and they ask me if I?d like something to drink. I ask for a cappuccino thinking it was complimentary, OH NO? they make me pay for it!!! AND are stingy with all the ingredients (I watched them make it). I wait for about 15minutes before ROB decides to come greet me. At last I get to the chair where I try to make conversation with Rob. Well, let?s just say he says a horrible dry sense of humor? Just an absolutely appalling personality. However, besides that this dark brown haired girl shampoos me and leave me SOAKED!!! Lastly, I leave with cheap looking highlights and an 80?s haircut! I will not be back
