Crowded, noisy, but most of all -- after two ok stays, the third time my dog came home with a wounded nose, ripped bedding, and had to be washed before release because she got in the mud. Just can't trust it anymore.
Pros: Good price, follow directions for personal care well, excellent staff attitude
Cons: Crowded, dog was injured while there
