Businiess name:  Toy Shop Of Cypress

Review content:
The mechanic at the Toy Shop, Robert, is honest, skilled and really nice. He fixed an annoying misfire problem with my Pontiac Vibe (which is a Toyota Matrix that Pontiac put its name and a roof rack on). The GM dealer couldn't figure it out, Toyota dealers wouldn't touch it because it didn't say Toyota on it, and another mechanic claimed my computer chip was bad--and it would cost $1,000 to fix--and he couldn't guarantee it would fix the problem. I noticed the Toy Shop next to where I get my tires and thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did! Robert said my computer chip was fine and scoped healthy on his scan tool--which he set to a Toyota Matrix (could be why other mechanics scoping it as a Pontiac had so much trouble!). Robert fixed the problem I had been suffering with for months by giving me a proper tune up and exchanging my off-brand spark plugs with ones that belonged in a Matrix. And the total bill was only $239--which included the diagnostics, labor, spark plugs, an oil change and air & cabin filter replacement!
