My wife had a consistently bad experience with several hair salons in Beachwood and Highland Heights and cried after every haircut. She came to a conclusion that somehow there is no hairstylist in Cleveland area who can handle her hair in the way she likes and the only way to live with that is to grow them back to below shoulder length. She was very miserable because of the way her hair looked. That was until I discovered Brigitte and her hair salon. Making an appointment was very easy. She picked up the phone and she was available for the next day appointment. Her hair studio is in the theatre district. It is easy to get there via freeway and easy to park - the public parking is literally across the street. I explained our situation over the phone and explained it in details when we came there (my wife does not speak English and she needed an interpreter -me). Brigitte assured us that she sees where the problem is, she knows what to do and the outcome will be fabulous. We went through a professional catalog of haircuts so my wife was able to pick up things that she liked and that she hated. So Brigitte got a very good idea about her preferences, discussed with us what would work well with my wife's type of face and her hair and started her work. It was done with the extensive attention to details. Many times through the work she would stop, explain what she was doing and what she has done so far. It was no rush, she was taking all the time she needed to make the hair perfect. And the results - my wife was smiling and she said to me in the car on the way home that she looks exactly how she looked on one picture when she was 10 years younger. We will come again, for sure. For those of you who are disappointed with the quality that you receive in the fancy hair salons, who is afraid to go to a hairstylist because they will mess up your hair again - try Brigitte's hair studio. She is the solution to your hair problems and you will lose your fears of a hair salon after visiting her.
