Review content:
An up-to-date review for Koji Osakaya is desperately needed despite the harsh remarks made previously. It wasn't more than 2 monthes since my first visit to this joint, and I have still enjoyed my many visits to Koji. The lunch combo's are delicately made and, at the same time, at an affordable cost. The overall taste of its ""cooked menu"" is much above standards in Portland, whilst the Katsu-Pork Curry Rice brings back vivid memories of popular diner joints in metropolitan Tokyo. The ""raw menu"" isn't yet something to die for. It hovers slightly above mediocre. Nevertheless, there isn't much else to pick on. Enjoy.
