When we went we were a little skeptical, I went here first never having used a pc repair service before. We shopped it, PC Guys is definitely the least expencive and they are as fast if not faster than all the local places we visited or called. I encourage you to shop around and see for yourself. Their warranties are great and come with all services and repairs. You won't find this at all at any of the privately owned shops and they are short and the coverage isn't great at the major repair locations in Columbus, See for yourself.
