I wasn't sure what to expect from yoga classes at ""the gym"" but was pleasantly surprised by the yoga instructors at Aspire. The atmosphere is not generally as trendy or ""feng shui"" as more private clubs and studios, but the instructors are all very qualified and have different styles of teaching and intensity. Most of the teachers also instruct at some of the other high-end fitness clubs. I always get a great deal out of the classes at Aspire and would recommend that you give it a try!
Pros: low-cost, not over-crowded, good energy, great classes and instructors
Cons: hours on the weekend, purple walls, equipment is average
