Review content:
After reading the previous reviews about the office, wait time, etc., I thought you should know that once you get in to see the doctor you'll realize the wait time isn't the worst problem. Are you kidding me? I have never in my life walked out of a doctor's office more frustrated and upset! Dr. Bramhall is a MORON! Not only did he not diagnose my problem at all, he just repeated my symptoms back to me and told me he didn't know how to help me. He also said repeatedly throughout the visit that he, ""could be wrong and didn't know all the answers"". What??? You're the specialist! If someone comes in having an ear infection/sinusitis that lasts 5 weeks and still can't hear after 3 rounds of antibiotics, and 2 rounds of steroids... I think you should be able to tell them what the problem is and how to remedy it! Didn't you go to school to learn how to treat problems of the ear, nose, and throat??? Sadly, if you are looking to find someone to tell you what the ear looks like, repeat your symptoms back to you, and smile at you a lot than this is your man. BUT, if you have a real problem with your ear, nose, or throat I suggest you look elsewhere for a REAL doctor that can help you.
