Bramhall, Thomas C, Md - Associates-Ear Nose & Throat

After reading the previous reviews about the office, wait time, etc., I thought you should know that once you get in to see the doctor you'll realize the wait time isn't the worst problem. Are you kidding me? I have never in my life walked out of a doctor's office more frustrated and upset! Dr. Bramhall is a MORON! Not only did he not diagnose my problem at all, he just repeated my symptoms back to me and told me he didn't know how to help me. He also said repeatedly throughout the visit that he, ""could be wrong and didn't know all the answers"". What??? You're the specialist! If someone comes in having an ear infection/sinusitis that lasts 5 weeks and still can't hear after 3 rounds of antibiotics, and 2 rounds of steroids... I think you should be able to tell them what the problem is and how to remedy it! Didn't you go to school to learn how to treat problems of the ear, nose, and throat??? Sadly, if you are looking to find someone to tell you what the ear looks like, repeat your symptoms back to you, and smile at you a lot than this is your man. BUT, if you have a real problem with your ear, nose, or throat I suggest you look elsewhere for a REAL doctor that can help you. more

As far as a staff, they might as well have hired untrained monkeys! At least then, having fecies thrown in your face would be understandable. Now lets get to the unattentiveness of the staff, a ghost may recieve a warmer welcome than any patient who comes through these doors. Come in for a 12:45 appointment 30 minutes early, sit down and wait just to see that it is now 1:20, and people who are 20 minutes late for their 1 pm appointment times are getting in before you??? Squeeky wheel gets the oilcan around these parts I suspect! Any complaints will be met with a staff of bulky, unattractive women, who'd rather snicker to eachother and trade hidden, nastey looks, rather then actually address the problem! Don't cross these brutes though, any issue with them and they'll call your doctor to complain before you even get the chance too! Their goal (and it's obvious) is that they hate their jobs, they are smarter than you, and you're an idiot! Pros: Beautiful Office Site Cons: Office Staff treats you like a number, and you're not important more
