Review content:
If you want to get screwed by the auto policy with Apollo. My car was flooded and in result towed away by Apollo in order to estimate the damage. At first they said it will cost about $950 to fix it though the car had a water level up to the top of the steering wheel. Of course I din't agree with their estimate as the body shop where vehicle was kept told me that they can't touch it for this money. After a month they came up with a conclusion that the vehicle is classified as ""total loss"" and they estimated the value of it for $3950 (less $500 deductible) though real market value was $6000. They wanted to deduct the damage caused by their towing truck plus another $500 deductible for second accident as it was not caused by flood. Finally after 3 months of stressful negotiations we settled for $4750 plus the cost of car replacement ( new car tax, license plates, city sticker). After 15 weeks still didn't get refund for car replacement. The company never, even once contacted me, I had to call, ask and visit them to get anything. Safe yourself a troubles and stay away from them.
