This was the second time I need service, First call was great (8 months ago), came in asked what was the problem sat down and proceed correct the problem on our computer. Then he asked what else can I do for you, I had some other concerns, which I told him about and he showed me what I could do to help myself which really helped. The second call was on an Ipad2 issue, I told him what we were trying to do and he set up the Ipad that way and gave us some suggestion which has worked out well. Both call were done in less then a hour, so he was able to show us other things we could do to help our self's, which were great for us.
