This was the second time I need service, First call was great (8 months ago), came in asked what was the problem sat down and proceed correct the problem on our computer. Then he asked what else can I do for you, I had some other concerns, which I told him about and he showed me what I could do to help myself which really helped. The second call was on an Ipad2 issue, I told him what we were trying to do and he set up the Ipad that way and gave us some suggestion which has worked out well. Both call were done in less then a hour, so he was able to show us other things we could do to help our self's, which were great for us. more

Once agian I am blown away with the excellent service and expertise of Mmd Computer Center. They are always cost conscious yet provide quality prooducts and service. I have called many times with questions and they always answer quickly, pleasantly and correctly. They never try to talk me into a house call or bring in the computer unless absolutely necessary. When we decided to change my wife's laptop to a desk top, we got a custom built one from Mdd and heve been more than pleased. Six months and absolutely no problems and high performance. I just had a house call and the tech fixed 4 different problems I had (that I created) and was gone in an hour. He actually showed up (after he called to ask) two hours early. They Didn't know what I was looking for by my description, Were trying to charge me almost 4x's as much as it should be and wouldn't listen to me when i tried to explain what I wanted, they just wanted to do what they thought was best, which would cost way more! Just for future reference, I got it cheaper from right down the Road more
