Like many others, my dog is a major part of my life, so trusting someone to come into my home and walk her everyday was difficult. Since my first meeting with a Chicago Urban tails rep I have been completely satisfied. They are professional, and always call you back promptly. You can tell that the dog walkers truly care about your dog and are not just doing it for the money. You can give them specific instructions and they will follow through. My roomates have been home when my dog walker has come (even if she doesn't know that they are there) and they have said that she stays the whole time that she says she does and takes the extra time to play with Maddy (my dog). If any of you are thinking of getting a dog walker, I would highly reccommend them! Maddy is happier now when I come home since she doesn't have to hold her bladder for 10 hours!
