Review content:
This place is horrible. I have no idea why I stayed with them for so long...probably because it was convenient and they accepted my insurance. First of all, they are not ethical. I actually caught them red handed trying to give me a crown I didn't need. One dentist advised I needed two crowns. When I went to have the work done by the oral surgeon (who acted like a neo-Nazi) I was advised I only needed one. When I addressed it with the dentist, she was embarrassed and agreed I only needed one crown i.e. "" oral rape"". In the past I was also given a night guard for allegedly grinding my teeth. It cost a fortune even out of pocket...turns out I don't grind my teeth! Other than these two specific unethical experiences, it's common to wait at least an hour to be seen. Even if you're the first appointment of the day, you'll wait for a half hour minimum. Another thing is if your last apt. was over a year ago, they won't give you a cleaning at the same time as you exam without a big fight. One experience that really upset me was overhearing a senior citizen in the next room who was denied a teeth cleaning because she couldn't pay the exhorbitant fee they wanted to charge her for the dental work. She was begging for the only thing she could afford which was a cleaning and all they did was shove bank loan agreements in her face. It was the saddest thing I ever saw. They had no compassion whatsoever. This place deserves to go out of business asap.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Long waits, Unethical Practices,
