Review content:
Rags is a great environment to shop, great customer service, is always a great pleasure to shop there. The only thing is when i send e-mailers i receive to others or send people to their website they are less than impressed. The advertising does not do the store justice. The quality of images and layout gives it a low end look when they constantly push the fact that they are a high end consignment shop. Not good for pulling new customers in.
Pros: Great clothing in the store
Cons: Bad advertising would not want to visit based on that
