I recently discovered rags a few months ago and am very impressed with the establishment. The consignment, although very picky about selection, is the best split in town and almost everything they take sells. Their selection is very varied and everything is in excellent condition for a second hand store. The customer service is not the best however I've found that the younger girls on register seem more eager to help than the older women in the back, and they are always ready to give opinions and helpful suggestions on outfits. Rags also has a nice selection of jewelry, but it seems a tad over priced. The lighting also needs some work; at night it is often hard to see the clothes. Overall my experiences there have generally been positive. The manager is also very friendly and often chats with customers, which i find very appealing. I would definately recommend checking this place out.
