I have been to rags once and it was an extremely negative experience. The atmosphere is pretty nice and the employees were dressed nicely and very kind, but when I went to consign my clothes I waited for about one hour and then when I got back there they had taken two items, I asked the manager what clothes are more likely to be sold and she was very rude, rushed, and did not give me a direct answer. I did not come back, that attitude is not worth it!
