I found the employees to be very helpful, both over the phone and in person. I thought I had done my homework in finding the right tire for me. They had the best price on that particular model but when I asked the sales rep to find me an alternative that wasn't quite so much, he steered me to a better tire (I researched his recommendation) that cost less. I didn't want the most inexpensive tire for my car, but don't have the funds for the most high-end. These folks didn't try to sell me unnecessary add-ons either like those other places (Discount Tire and Big O), and I didn't have to wait longer than 45 minutes, which is pretty good for a Saturday morning! Will definitely take my business there again! Sending the hubby there for his truck tires.
