Performance Wheel & Tire

I found the employees to be very helpful, both over the phone and in person. I thought I had done my homework in finding the right tire for me. They had the best price on that particular model but when I asked the sales rep to find me an alternative that wasn't quite so much, he steered me to a better tire (I researched his recommendation) that cost less. I didn't want the most inexpensive tire for my car, but don't have the funds for the most high-end. These folks didn't try to sell me unnecessary add-ons either like those other places (Discount Tire and Big O), and I didn't have to wait longer than 45 minutes, which is pretty good for a Saturday morning! Will definitely take my business there again! Sending the hubby there for his truck tires. more

I purchased over a thousand dollars of rims and tires plus an alignmnent. they said it needed upper and lower ball joints to do the alignment but it was getting late,(They had the truck for six hours).I went and got the top of the line moogs and called them to set an appt. the jerk wouldnt touch them because i did'nt buy them from them.he wanted to put on a cheap chinese and mark them up 400 % Even though I was willing to pay there high labor he wouldnt budge even after another employee called me to bring my truck down for his tech to check out the ball joints! I'll never spend another dime with these morons! more

I was so excited when I was last in their store and they told me they had online shopping! (I live about 45 minutes away, so I'd rather not have to drive up there if I don't have to.) Their selection is big inside the physical store, so the online store of course is even better! (They boast of 100 years combined experience, so what took them this long? Lol!) They literally have something for every make and model. No joke. I got a brand new set of wheels and my car drives fabulously. Couldn't be happier! more

Fantastic work! Changed out my tires for me and now my car runs so much smoother than it used to! It's amazing what such a simple thing can do for your driving. Staff was really nice. I talked with one of the guys while I waited for the change and he was really cool, great sense of humor. Great experience as a whole! I'd gladly go back. more

Bought torque thrust II Rims and BF Goodrich Tires for my 69 Mustang. Besides best prices in town, they have the best customer services. Felice was very knowledgeable and Friendly. Was there for the whole installment of my rims and tires more

I buy sweat cars and demand quality tires. Performance Wheel and Tire carries the quality brands I need and are less expensive than the competitors. I was able to get exactly what I needed the same day I called, and had my new rubber pounding the pavement in no time! Thanks Travis, YOU ROCK and thanks Performance Tire and Wheel, I will be back as soon as I am ready for that winter set for the Evo! more

We had a flat tire on 12/26/11, we went in 12/27/11, paid 175 dollars for a new tire that ended up going oout on us on the highway on 1/1/12 at 930 at night with our 16 month old daughter in the car so we got off on an exit 100 feet away and pulled over to change tire. we went in on 1/2/12 and for some reason they were closed because they dont keep normal business hours so we had to come back on 1/3/12. My wife took my daughter in to have a tire fixed that was 5 days old when it went out and they REFUSED to change it because they said we drove on it so they couldnt tell what went wrong with it and that we didnt have the ""Roadside"" plan pn it which NO ONE told us about so make sure YOU ASK about it because they dont have good enough customer service to tell you about it. we were told we could get the tire at cost which was 140 bucks. THEY DO NOT GAURENTEE THEIR PRODUCTS, THEY MIGHT BE THE ONLY TIRE COMPANY EVER TO NOT DO SO. seriously, the tire was 5 days old, nothing punctured it, it was just a shitty tire that went out on us with our baby in the car and they basically told us to shove it up our asses. WE WILL NOR WILL ANYONE WE KNOW EVER SHOP AT SUCH A GARBAGE SHOP SUCH AS PERFORMANCER WHEEL AND TIRE. EVER AGAIN. we will pay more to not have to deal with their lack of help or lack thereof information. This has been the WORST experience I have persoanlly EVER had with any company. seriously this place and their service is straight garbage!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE! just a heads up to save you from the crap they pulled on us. STAY AWAY FROM PERFORMANCE WHEEL AND TIRE!!!! THIS PLACE AND THEIR SERVICE AND LACK OF GAURENTEEING THEIR PRODCUT(S) IS HORRIFIC!!! they didnt tell us about a service and tried to use that against us as the reason the wouldnt fix a tire that was 5 days old. UNBELIEVABLE. GARBAGE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! more
