Review content:
Overall product was excellent as they had sold us. Workmanship was great as with installation time. Did have one problem in the winter with humidifier line going to the outside froze up and would not drain an flooded basement. Contractor probably never had installed system like this before therefore had no idea that this would happen. Have not solved problem yet for next year so we have not used humidfier.
