Overall product was excellent as they had sold us. Workmanship was great as with installation time. Did have one problem in the winter with humidifier line going to the outside froze up and would not drain an flooded basement. Contractor probably never had installed system like this before therefore had no idea that this would happen. Have not solved problem yet for next year so we have not used humidfier. more

We were very happy with everything about Big Sky Heating. The equipment, the service, their timeliness and neatness I would recommend them for it all, and I already have. I was very happy. I think the most outstanding thing was the promptness with which it was handled. They were on time, giving themselves a thirty minute window. They were here right when they said they would be.
