Review content:
The owner, Mr. Lessing, cannot manage money. He owes his past landlord money. He is late on his current rent on a regular basis. His current landlord put a forclosure notice on his door to force Mr. Lessing to pay his rent. Time Warner Cable came recently and removed their cable box for non payment of services. Never ever pay with a credit card. He double bills students credit cards.
