I wouldn't recommend WWS to my worst enemy (although I have no enemies!). COMPONENTS: overpriced. You have to negotiate with them from internet quotes on the exact models to get the price down. I bought a 3-zone Yamaha amp for $400; their prices are 1K and over. INSTALLATION: Sloppy and tedious. They brought the wrong TV clamp, took ages to program the RF remote, and left speaker wires unsecured that eventually fell out. Took 4-5 service calls to get the audio/video system functioning properly (free for a year). SERVICE: responsive for 1st year but inept. Some technicians couldn't solve problems. After the year is over, they are unresponsive, give you lead times of 7-10 days, and charge you $140/hr for 1st hr., $100 each additional hour. Need I say more?
