Review content:
Prior to calling One Hour, I had contacted three other companies. The service we received from the initial call to One Hour and throughout the entire process was professional and made me feel as if I was their only customer. They took time with me to answer all questions, explain things and point out reference points in our system so that I clearly understood. My husband was there with the installation crew and stated that they were professional, diligent, clean, neat and ON TIME. I came home to air condition and a new unit that looks and feels wonderful. They didn't have to convert my system. I was so pleased that I have already referred people to the company. The price was right, the warranty was on time and the maintenance plan that they offer was well desired. I got it all. They will continue to have our business for all HVAC needs. I wish they did plumbing and other stuff then this would be the only company that I would use. I always tell people, I will pay for great customer service, especially since we all work hard for the money we make. I forgot to mention they offered a variety of financing to meet the customer needs, this is also a plus in my book.
