I have had nothing but an excellent experience with One Hour Heating and Air, starting when they were known as Star Service. They have great policies, for example, when my old heat pump died and it took a few days to get the new equipment in, they lent me as many room window air conditioners as I needed, and they were brand new. I have retained them in an annual service contract and they do a great job in keeping my equipment in top running order.
When their technicians come into the house to check on the thermostat and return air temperature delta, they put little booties on their shoes to absolutely ensure the customer's house stays nice and clean.
