One Hour came to my rescue promptly, with same day service and accurately predicting the time frame too- even though I was an add-on to the daily schedule. From start to finish (first call to departure of service tech), all went smoothly. The phone rep was very courteous and professional, as was the repair tech. Other firms are lower or even devoid of service call fees, which is why I couldn't recommend them to some of the folks I know (4 stars on the recommend rating), but I focus more on quality service than dollar signs myself.
