Commendation - Zach White
I would like to commend Zach White for his thorough checkup of our AC on Monday, 4/18/11 and for bringing to our attention the need to replace our hot water heater.
Not only did he perform the annual checkup on our AC unit, but he probably saved us thousands of dollars by pointing out the ongoing deterioration of our hot water heater. After servicing the AC, Zach politely pointed out that our 18-y.o. hot water heater showed extensive signs of wear and tear (i.e., the spout was rusty, corroded, and showed signs of prior leakage). We were not anxious to relinquish $950 for the repair, yet avoiding a major catastrophe was a relief. We would rather give up the initial cost of a new water heater than have to replace our carpet and furniture, plus receive a high water bill.
Not to mention, Zach had time to replace it the same day, avoiding our having to take time off from work in the not-so-distant future. He willingly took the time to explain how the new water heater works. In addition, he displayed a sincere interest in our health issues by offering information on air filtration systems (and without being forward).
We greatly appreciate Zachs observation of the hot water heater, his interest in addressing the problem, and recommendation for resolving it the same day. He is an outstanding representative of One Hour Heating and Air and I would not hesitate to suggest the services of your company to someone else.
Again, our experience has been positive with your representative and we greatly appreciate Zachs interest in saving us dollars down the road.
