I have been very happy with One Hour for years, but there do seem to be changes. The last two maintenance services,I have had to remember to call and schedule. The second time, I asked why and was informed that you no longer make reminders to customers. I asked if customers were informed and the answer was 'no'. That seemed to me to be a way to have someone pay for the contract, but not get the service if they forgot to call - which would me more money for the company at the customer's expense. Also, the last person to service my heating system was unaware of the policy change.
The second issue was the installation for Gary Andrejco. He used One Hour on my recommendation and the installation was a totall nightmare for him. Based on his experience, I'll not risk recommending you guys again.

While we strive to contact all of our customers to schedule their semi-annual visits, sometimes the customer beats us to the punch. We have however reviewed this policy with all employees.
Todays Heating & Air Conditioning systems are made with many technological updates, but sometimes adjustments have to be made to the existing ductwork. We do however stand behind our all of our guarantees, including our Money Back Guarantee.
