Review content:
Both service men who came to install the unit were very professional. It was refreshing to see them take pride in their work and they explained everything I needed to know. They were both knowledgable and were happy to answer all my questions. I would do business with them again based on that and the Sales Rep. Mark was awesome as well, no pressure and very detailed and took the time to size the unit properly. Mark also informed me of a great deal of savings from the State and the manufacturer of the unit. Thank you all very much. I had a Sears sales rep. in the same day and he was awful.
