Had a weird experience. Guy showed up two hours after we called (good) to clear our clogged bathtub but was not from the normal Cheap John's staff. Said he was a ""friend"" of the company. Tried to charge us $350 - which we said was ludicrous - and eventually paid half that. He was sloppy and made a huge mess (which he did not clean up); however, when the clog we had been experiencing was fixed, and then problems occurred three floors down he agreed to go down and fix their tub, included it in the price. He was loud and messy and a little weird, but our drains are clear, which is the point, I guess. I would advise when you call to ask if you're getting one of the normal staff or a friend - and also to really get some kind of estimate.
Our drains are clear, but you can likely find better.
