Excellent service and very honest. Another plumber had come the day before to snake the sewer line of debris that was affecting drainage after a large storm. We were told it was ""absolutely"" a broken sewer pipe and it would be a minimum of $6,000. to excavate and replace a 20 foot section of pipe, no other option was offered. I called Cheap John's for a second opinion and based on John's assessment he recommended the Water Jetting process to better clear the pipes of blockages, followed by a more effective snaking of the remaining roots. It worked like a charm, the pipes were never broken as I'd been originally told, no excavation was necessary, and Cheap John's cost was a fraction of what the original plumber quoted. If ever you have a sewer problem, call John. He is truly a specialist and he is not out to rip people off. I would recommend him without hesitation. And if anyone says your pipes are broken, unless it is visibly apparent to you, call John for an assessment.
