Was having a problem with an existing Nouvo (?) system that had an I-pod docking station and Sirius radio with LCD control screens and speakers throughout my loft. Dean came in and evaluated the situation, made solid recommendations with estimates. Removed the old system and upgraded to a Sonos system which is amazing. I no longer need my I-pod docking station as all my music is stored on a hard drive and controlled from my computer or I-phone, including Sirius radio, plus more, and no problems. He also installed a Blue Ray player, a fan to keep the equipment cool, and a new much better universal remote to a projection TV with a drop down screen. They are incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, do what they promise. After having a bad experience the first time around, working with Audio Video Salon was a dream. All that said, it all comes with a cost. They are not inexpensive, but they are worth it.
