I love the work that Jim and Audio Video Salon does, and I love the system I just purchased from them, as well as the one I bought from them 11 years ago. I was ecstatic with the way he sold the product, I was ecstatic with the installation, I was ecstatic when he installed the system 11 years ago, and I'm still ecstatic with it! The system he installed only 3 weeks ago: ecstatic with that one too!
When Jim and his guys came to do the installation, they ran into a couple of problems. They stayed well beyond the time they had planned, solved it all, and got it up and running. I have nothing but good things to say about Jim and Audio Video Salon.
