I wanted to change my hair color and a friend recommended me to go to Saloon and ask for Florentina (Flo). I have to say I had a great experience. She understood exactly what I wanted and suggested the best way to do that without damaging my hair. (I wanted to go lighter and to avoid a harming procedure for my hair she suggested subtle highlights). Flo is defintely an expert in colors and a pleasant and entertaining person. She made the coloring process smooth and pleasant. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend her exceptional service!!!!
