Review content:
This salon should not be representing redken. They are less than amateurs cutting hair. I had an appointment with NIKKI and she cut my hair worse than a immigrated barber who just got his license. She had a NASTY attitude, didn't acknowledge questions I asked and decided to ignore me completely. Im a super friendly low maintenance guy just showed a picture of what I wanted and she confidently said she understand. Next thing I know my hair is all gone. I wish I could post pictures on this site so you all don't have to be depressed after having a bad experience.
Word of Advice to the Salon: If you are inexperienced or do not know if you can do it than DONT. If you are having a bad day than STAY HOME. Customers aren't your test dummies
