While at the dental office here, I was disgusted by the behavior of a dental hygienist named Wanda. She was very unprofessional and actually answered her cell phone in the middle of my cleaning. She started to speaking to what I assume was a man on the cellphone in Spanish. Little did she know, I am fluent in 5 languages. She proceeded to discuss her plans to meet up with this man at a hotel before work the next day so that her husband wouldn't find out! How unprofessional! I was so grossed out to think that this woman would be sleeping around with some man prior to coming to work in a dental office! How gross! She was also very rough and so concerned with her affair that she failed to floss my teeth! Needless to say I will NEVER return to this office! I looked for a way to complain to the Union about this problem but I can't find anything. If anyone knows a way to do so please let me know! Thanks!
