Hickory Burger: ordered medium well,.. a good veterinarian could have had the beef up and grazing again,..it was served rare. No Lettuce or tomato on burger,.. perfect...except it was served with Cabbage. not written on the menu that way, Waitress had an attitude about having to return the burger to kitchen for cooking,.. offered no good reason why it had cabbage on it,. but it was up to me to pick it off.
