I was so disappointed last night when I went to Towne - a place I frequented almost every Friday night last winter.
The front bar staff was so rude, snobby, unprofessional, spent more time flirting with male customers, checking their phones, than serving their bar. We were shooed away from every seat we tried to take in a near empty bar (reserved) but never provided with an alternative.
I will never return to this place. Customer service must have been omitted from their training.
