I worked with the catering staff to plan a very important dinner that my company was hosting at the hotel. They were so patient and helpful while in the planning stages, and the dinner ended up being an incredible success because of them. The hotel was able to set us up in a great cabin on their property, and I heard wonderful feedback from my colleagues who attended. It was a fantastic event for us which would not have been as great if it weren't for the staff here. I don't think I could thank them enough. Those who attended the event also said that the hotel was everything you could ask for--clean, great service and staff, very comfortable. All in all the catering staff has made me 100% loyal to the Hyatt brand. Well done and thank you! Pros: Lots of places on the property Cons: Far from downtown Austin for planning a business event
