Review content:
Even with a bad experience I'm the first to give credit where credit is due. They have a clean, professional (looking) store with a wide selection and in my opinion there is nothing wrong with the return policy. My complaint comes in the form of assistance I received from the two sales persons I dealt with in the last few months. Durring the first of these visits I was floored with how condescending the salesman was. According to him I ""didn't know what I was looking for"". I honestly thought this guy have walked in off the street and was posing as a employee. I kindly thanked him for the assistance and continued to stop by myself.
I visited again recently to purchase a newly released camera body I'd been waiting for, and I had almost a repeat experience. After explaining my purpose for visiting and being shown the body, the employee explained to me the existent of their experience and how qualified they were to make my purchase decision for me. Two ridiculous employees was one too many for me. After that I've been not so surprised to find other friends with very similar experiences at Pictureline. At least two have been shopping their for many years and recently decided the bad experience is not worth the convenience of this local store.
