Bad Service 6/5/2009

I recently bought an item at that store and a few days later decided that it wasnt for me. the item was opened just to test it out. retailer said that they can never give back cash or credit returns... only gift cards which i think is an unfair business practice. I ranted online and a few hours later the retailer told me that the owner took my rantings personally and therefore cannot work with me to get me a refund. they are good to you if you spend money on them, but one a problem arises they do not work with you to resolve the problem. they take bad reviews personally in stead of improving their policy. they do not protect the consumer with their ridiculous return policy. more

Friend to photographers and hacks alike 8/19/2005

These guys know their stuff. I am a rank amateur and it shows. It doesn't matter, they help me out and give me tips. It's pretty rare to find a place like this anymore. They know photography - at least from my perspective. They have a wide assortment of films, and a bunch of other stuff I have no idea about. More than just a camera store 8/16/2005

pictureline is a locally owend and operated camera store located in downtown Salt Lake City. Just walk in the front door and you will see why no other camera sotre in Utah compares. The place is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. If you need a camera, don't you dare go to Wal*mart or Best Buy. You will get a better price and better service here, and you'll be helping out your local economy. more
